What are Urban Candy's Business Hours?

- Although Urban Candy is an online boutique, we do take breaks. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Those hours reflect our email and shipping/processing hours, we are open 24/7 for shopping however!


Why Don't I See My Size?

- If you don't see your size or color you want in that size, you gotta be quicker than that! In all seriousness, we have candy lovers just like yourself that have probably snatched that item up and we have sold out of it. We don't usually reorder fashions unless they are highly popular and we sold out of them that day. If you do have any questions about missing sizes or styles/colors please do not hesitate to email us at urbancandyboutique.info@gmail.com


How Long Does Order Processing and Shipping Take?

- It takes us 24 to 72 hours at least to process orders, sometimes longer during heavy holiday seasons. Once the order is processed, please allow 4-7 days for your package to arrive.


Does Urban Candy Offer International Shipping?

- Urban Candy does offer international shipping at a charge of $20.00.


Package Tracking

- Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. After you receive your package, please leave a review on our Facebook page or our website!


What if my Package is Stolen?

- Once a package is shipped, all Urban Candy can do is track the package just like you. If you have tracked the package and the tracker reads "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, email us or call USPS at 1-800-275-8777. We'll work with you until this is resolved.


Can I Cancel an Order?

- As stated before, we take 24-72 hours to process an order. If within that time frame you have a change of mind, email us at urbancandyboutique.info@gmail.com and we will try to cancel the order out of fulfillment que. If we can not cancel the order we can start the return process once you receive your order.  


Conformation E-mails

- When your orders are processed you will receive a conformation email. Once your order is shipped another email will be sent to you containing your tracking number so you can track your candy, I mean package!


Out of Stock E-mail

- While processing orders, some items may sale out before we get to yours. If this occurs we will contact you and let you know which item or items are out of stock and refund you for those items.



If you are not happy with an item or entire order, we will accept returns within 15 days of the order being received. In order to return items email us at urbancandyboutique.info@gmail.com and we can get this return party started right!


Refunds and Store Credit

- Urban Candy offers refunds and store credit. If you go to the store credit route, you have an unlimited time frame to use the store credit. Store credit can also be used towards any item and combined with coupons.


My Items Arrived With Issues

- If you have received an item with any issue such as rips, holes, tears, breaks, or ect. (other than fashionable rips, tears, or holes) we ask that you email us with a picture and tell us what is wrong with the item(s). We will then start on the return process and issue you a loyalty coupon code towards your future purchases.


Can I Re-use Coupons After a Return?

- Umm heck yeah you can! Here at Urban Candy we don't take anything away from our customers, that's like taking candy from a baby! If you return an item that you bought using a coupon code, simply explain that to us in your return process email. In the email tell us the coupon code that was used and the email it was used under and we will let you use it again on your next order.
